really..u should try with cloth pantiliner 1st:) then once u r ok with it then try regular cloth pads:) there r many type,some are o0rganic, some wools and some fleece, depends on yourself which one u like.if for normal use e.g. pantiliner use cotton fleece is ok already,daily use better use those bamboo velour or fleece is more suitable for our health and much more breathable.
